The accommodation
comprises two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one ensuite, an exceptionally large
sitting room with a wood burner and a well designed kitchen with all amenities.
An ideal retreat from which to explore the splendid Breckland landscape. Footpaths
are clearly marked and bicycles are available. Swaffham's famous Saturday
market is only 4 miles away. (see Places of Interest)

in the heart of Norfolk, less than two hours from London, this beautifully appointed
house, is an ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy life. Situated
in an oak wood planted by the owner's grandfather over 100 years ago where you
are free to venture and wander in the woodland.
